Billie Faiers exclusively reveals how she crafted her epic body after leaving fans speechless with figure in gorgeous holiday photos
And when Billie, 28, shared her holiday photos from both trips, the mum of Nelly, four, and Arthur, one, was overloaded with compliments from some of her 1.7 million Instagram followers.
One specific snap of the former TOWIE star in a striped red bikini had fans begging to know how she got into such fantastic shape.
During an exclusive chat with OK! Online about Baby Annabell’s 20th Anniversary, the brand’s ambassador spilled her diet secrets.
Billie said she cut out carbs in the run-up to her hen do, and plans to do the same for her wedding next year when she marries long-term beau Greg.
Sam Faiers’ sister told us: “Leading up to the hen, I cut out carbs for a couple of weeks and drunk loads of really good juices.
“I juiced but I ate loads of little healthy bits in-between.”
Billie also discussed what a typical day would include while she stuck to her diet plan.

She added: “I’d have scrambled eggs and avocado and then two really nice juices. I did it twice, for three days at a time. I basically just got loads of goodness in.”
Speaking about her fitness regime, Billie said she wasn’t able to get to the gym as much as she’d hoped, so focused on eating better instead.
The reality star added: “I did start the gym but the last couple of weeks I actually didn’t get to go. My aim was to go as much as I could but with work commitments and stuff with the kids, it just takes over. But I was just being quite healthy and better in general.”
But when she returned from her holiday, Billie said she couldn’t resist indulging again.
She continued: “When we got back I was indulging, I didn’t stop eating for three or four days, Greg was like, ‘cor you’re making up for it aren’t you.”
“I’ll probably [start getting in shape] properly after Christmas, in the run-up to the wedding.”
Billie is also celebrating 20 years of Baby Annabell – a toy daughter Nelly is a huge fan of.
Speaking about the importance of the doll to her daughter Nelly, Billie said: “She is the biggest fan of Baby Annabell, we’ve got every one. When I was pregnant with Arthur I bought her a little doll and it became like her baby and we gave her a little pram.
“It worked really well because she used to sit there changing her baby’s nappies when I was changing Arthur’s nappies. It really helps them to understand the role of being a mum and she’s so in to everything like that at the moment.”
