This Morning presenter Holly Willoughby‘s weight loss has left many ITV viewers lusting over her svelte and toned figure, especially after she flaunted it in an array of slinky, revealing dresses on Dancing On Ice in early 2018.
Speaking in a recent interview, he revealed: “I’ve heard a rumour that it’s some sort of boxing. I asked if she was going to be bringing a fitness DVD out, because everyone’s going to be saying, ‘I want a body like Holly Willoughby!”
Holly’s day-to-day nutrition has also been revealed, with a TV insider revealing what she does to stop her sweet cravings.
“Holly is determined to keep her new-look body, so she eats chicken, carrots and hummus. You’ll never see her without a pack of mango either, to satisfy her sweet tooth,” the source explained.
And while Holly is famous for keeping quiet about her body and weight, she did recently admit on Lorraine she’s finally been able to work on her body, now her kids have grown up a little.
Phillip Schofield’s co-presenter said: “I think you sort of get – the children are a little bit older, so I’ve got a little bit more time for myself and I’m always one of those people that if you feel happy and healthy that’s all that matters.”
Also, it’s believed that Holly has been losing weight with the help of pilates.
Her instructor – who has been working with Holly since the birth of her youngest son Chester in 2014 – told The Sun: “I worked with Holly for several months, teaching her privately at her home once a week.”
“Holly had postnatal matt work classes which concentrated on strengthening and toning her core.”
She added that she gets Holly to focus on her alignment and connecting the deep abdominal muscles.
Holly previously refused to talk about her weight loss, confessing she didn’t want to encourage eating disorders.
Speaking to Prima magazine, she said: “I don’t want to encourage eating disorders. I try not to focus too much on my appearance. As long as I’m being healthy, that’s good enough for me.
“I’m quite active and I try not to let the way I look be the main focus because it’s not the important thing.”
Holly added: “I actually avoid talking about my diet and exercise regime because I have interviewed so many people affected by eating disorders.
“I know that some people in chat rooms can really fixate on other people’s diets.”
