The healthy breakfast smoothie Jennifer Garner makes every single day
It’s hard work being a mum. Early morning school runs, after-school and weekend activities, dinner prep, and let’s not forget about all those lovely late-nights spent helping them finish of their assignments. As much as you love them to bits, it can get difficult to even find time to treat yo’ self to a monthly pamper sesh.
But mother-of-three, Jennifer Garner, has it all down pat; and it’s packed into one single smoothie. The celeb took to social media to show off her Masterchef skills by sharing her go-to healthy brekkie, which may we add, is full of collagen-loving ingredients.
In the Instagram post, the actress explains that she’s been whipping up the same smoothie she learned from celeb nutritionist Kelly LeVeque, which helped her get into shape for her new role in an upcoming movie.
Kelly’s smoothie recipes have been created to provide the perfect balance of clean proteins, healthy fats, natural fibres and greens to help maintain healthy blood sugar levels, and provide long-lasting energy without compromising on flavour. More importantly, they literally take a few minutes to whip one up, so there’s really no excuse to skip breakfast anymore.
And what’s more, they’re also super adaptable so you can add whatever ingredients you have on hand, which Garner demonstrated in her post.
“Today I decided to play scientist and see if my @onceuponafarm cold-pressed, organic puree (or baby food, of you’re a baby, but whatever) could be a substitute for fresh blueberries when I didn’t see any in the fridge.”
Luckily for her, her twist on her original smoothie didn’t let her down.
Is this the secret to remaining Suddenly 30? We think so….
