Vicky Pattison weight loss: The Loose Women and I’m a Celebrity star’s amazing body transformation ahead of wedding
With her wedding to John Noble just around the corner, Vicky has taken her fitness game to the next level in order to look perfect when she walks down the aisle.
This is how the queen of the jungle has been staying so fit.
Embracing her curves
Vicky recently took to Instagram to reveal her fitness secrets in the run-up to the big day.
Posting a throwback photo from last year, she said the plans to regain her “toned but still curvy” physique in time for the wedding.
She said: “I think this is exactly what I’m hoping to achieve again by the wedding: toned but still curvy, the boobs and bum that @johnnoblejn fell in love with (don’t worry though – he knows the boobs weren’t always mine) and a cute little waist!”
Ahead of the big day, Vicky also revealed she has been taking part in a fitness bootcamp, courtesy of No1 Bootcamp.
With locations in Norfolk and Marrakech, the fitness camp includes a strict training programme and weight-loss diet, as well as health seminars to help continue your fitness journey on the outside world.
This is the same bootcamp Vicky attended in her workout DVD, in which she lost a massive 7lbs in just one week.
Earlier this month Vicky discussed her fitness on an intimate Instagram post, alongside a photo of an extremely skinny Vicky five years ago.
Talking about her approach to health and fitness today, she said: “I enjoy food, everything from a green juice filled with kale and spinach and some scrambled egg to a cheeseburger and gin and tonic, I know I’m not perfect but I know I’m not fat, I smile a lot. And this is probably the most important part – I am, for the most part, happy.”
A self confessed cheese addict, Vicky decided to stick to healthy snacks such as fruit and carrot sticks in an effort to obtain her perfect body.
Vicky has also revealed that she uses three-day juice cleanses to give her body an extra push before a big event.
Vicky has an all-round approach to exercise, keeping to full body workouts such as boxing and circuit training.
She also does a lot of core work to keep away belly fat – including crunches, planks and dumbbell presses.
She is also a fan of fasted cardio, which involves running on an empty stomach in order to burn away fat from your body.
Vicky was due to get married this year, but postponed the wedding until next year.
Speaking exclusively to OK, Vicky said: “We had a hard summer and I wasn’t as dedicated to my training and exercise as I wanted to be.
“If we’d have gone ahead with it as planned, the wedding would have got cancelled, because I was in no state to get married this year.”
Vicky’s big day is set to take place next year, with talks of starting a family as soon as they tie the knot.
